Information on the completion of Intensive Seminar

Dear Students,

In this information sheet, we would like to share with you the most important information about the Intensive Seminar course. The Intensive Seminar will take place from November 6 to 8, 2025. In addition to lecturers from international higher education institutions and the corporate sector, you can also meet the lecturers of GTK at the event.

You can register for the consultations in the Neptun system between October 10 (08:00:00) and October 22, 2025 (23:59:00):

  • As a full-time student, you are required to attend one workshop, which is a 2×90-minute session.
  • In addition to the compulsory workshop, you should also attend six 90-minute sessions in order for the Intensive Seminar subject to be completed.
  • It is up to the students to decide which type of sessions they wish to attend. For example, it is possible to attend workshops on all three days, depending on availability, which equals to four 90-minute sessions in addition to the mandatory 1 workshop. In this case, 2 lectures must be chosen in addition. But it is also possible to arrange an individual programme with 6 lectures beyond the compulsory workshop. The compulsory workshop is also chosen individually by each student.
  • On all three days, the workshops will be organised in the mornings in Hungarian and English, and the lectures will be held in the afternoons, also in Hungarian and English. You will see in Neptun whether a session is a lecture or a workshop.

The full program and further information is available on the following website: https://is.rgabor.hu/2025/en/.

The room assignments will also be available here from the beginning of November.

You can find the step-by-step manual on how to register for a consultation here: https://is.rgabor.hu/2024/en/how-to-apply-for-the-consultations-of-the-intensive-seminar/

Students will receive a signature for the Intensive Seminar if they have verifiably attended the sessions for which they are registered (attendance verification may vary from session to session) and have completed the assessment questionnaire for the sessions in the electronic system. We cannot accept any changes after the application deadline; administration is based on the Neptun application. You may attend additional lectures if you are interested, but these will not be considered as participation.

During the sessions, photos and video recordings may be taken. The purpose of making and using these recordings is to record, archive, and inform the public about the Intensive Seminar as an event.

Further details will be provided in a similar way following the start of the academic term.
